Our 30-Day Policy

We believe you will cherish your Perla Art creation. However, if your selection is not perfectly suited to you, our Returns and Exchanges policy provides a 30-day window from the date of receipt to request a full refund or a product swap.

To be eligible for Returns and Exchanges, items must be in their original, pristine condition, unworn, and with all security tags and original packaging intact. Bespoke and personalized pieces are handled on a case-by-case basis by our client care team.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the Returns and Exchanges process, please contact our concierge team. We will provide you with a pre-paid insured shipping label and detailed instructions on how to secure your parcel for transit back to our atelier.
